The interior re-design of an existing building in Wilmington, Massachusetts

Responsibilities included plumbing remodel of all core bathrooms as well as a number of pantry throughout the building. Complete new domestic cold and hot water system.

Responsibilities HVAC Included chilled water system for lab cooling, complete AIR DISTRIBUTION: with vav and fan powered boxes with electric reheat,
ENERGY RECOVERY VENTILATOR: with gas reheat and DX cooling
Exhaust and ventilation fans, Split systems for elevator machine room
